The Iranian American Society (IAS) is a California-based non-profit,
non-religious and non-political organization,
founded in Palos Verdes, California in 1991.
Our Mission
- To raise awareness on women's issues, and provide assistance
to victims of domestic violence and people in need.
- To award need and merit-based scholarships to students wishing
to make a better life for themselves.
- to preserve and promote Iranian culture
and customs and to present them to the community at large
to foster better understanding.
